i) Figure obtained by 75 km of left lateral offset along the NAF, starting from the present day setting displayed above. Before the NAF propagation took place, the Yesilirmak and Kelkit rivers have deposited a large amount of fluvial sediments along their courses, whose present remnants are mapped.

The Erbaa pull-apart basin resulting from 10 km releasing step along the NAF. The Yesilirmak river valley may be interpreted to be offset 75 km by the NAF.
